These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Winboxx platform. By registering an account or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Key Obligations at a Glance
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Winboxx platform. Providing false information regarding your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on Winboxx. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any funds or bonuses associated with duplicate registrations may be voided without prior notice.
All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals are processed. You are required to submit valid identification documents, proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
All promotional bonuses and free credits are subject to individual wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, time limits, and game restrictions. Winboxx reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through misuse or manipulation of promotional terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Winboxx ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at winboxx.cam and any associated subdomains, applications, or services operated by Winboxx.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the Winboxx platform. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. Winboxx applies the 21-year minimum as the standard applicable to casino-style and sports betting activities.
Strict enforcement: Any Player found to have provided a false date of birth during registration will have their account immediately suspended. All funds, including deposits and winnings, associated with the ineligible account may be permanently forfeited.
You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporations, associations, or entities of any kind are not permitted to hold Player accounts. You must be the sole beneficial owner and operator of any account registered in your name.
You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to access or use the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to determine their own legal obligations before registering.
You represent that you have the technical capability to access and use the Platform, including a compatible device and an active internet connection. Winboxx is not liable for any inability to access the Platform due to technical limitations on the Player's side.
To access the services on Winboxx, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information at all times and must update it promptly if any details change.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Winboxx employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and any associated balances may be voided.
Winboxx applies a mandatory KYC verification process to all accounts. Players may be required to submit the following documentation at any stage:
Winboxx reserves the right to restrict access to withdrawals, or to suspend an account in its entirety, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC review typically takes 24 to 48 hours from the time all required documents are submitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Winboxx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify Winboxx immediately via live chat or email.
The Winboxx platform is provided exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing real-money bets and wagers on the games and markets available, subject to these Terms.
Winboxx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Winboxx Content.
You agree to use the Platform only in a manner that:
Winboxx accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless a specific promotional offer specifies a different threshold. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment source.
All funds deposited into your Winboxx account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Winboxx does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits identified as originating from accounts not belonging to the registered Player may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Winboxx is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations that may affect the MYR value of a cryptocurrency deposit between the time of initiation and on-chain confirmation.
Withdrawals may only be processed after KYC verification has been completed to Winboxx's satisfaction. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the relevant balance may be withdrawn. Only Real Money Funds that have met all applicable conditions are withdrawable.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. Winboxx does not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from those used for deposit without additional verification. The following indicative processing times apply:
Processing times are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside Winboxx's control, including banking system maintenance periods.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Winboxx reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks on any withdrawal request. During such reviews, processing may be temporarily suspended for up to 5 business days. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
All bonuses, promotional offers, and free credits offered by Winboxx are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits during wagering, and time limits. Winboxx offers a multi-tier welcome bonus programme. The maximum welcome bonus available is MYR 2,880 under the 288% Magnificent Welcome offer, subject to a 35x wagering requirement. Other welcome tiers include the 100% Standard Welcome (up to MYR 300, 10x wagering) and the 188% Esports Welcome (up to MYR 888, 18x wagering). Winboxx monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated multi-account strategies. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and the account suspended or permanently closed.
Winboxx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including offers previously communicated to individual Players via email or live chat.
Note: Crypto Deposit Bonus (2%, up to MYR 688) is applied automatically on each qualifying cryptocurrency deposit. There is no minimum wagering requirement attached to the crypto bonus portion, but the bonus cannot be withdrawn directly and must be turned over at least once in real-money play before withdrawal eligibility is assessed.
All bets placed on the Winboxx platform are accepted subject to the rules applicable to each specific product (sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade, etc.). Bets are only confirmed upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation message. Winboxx does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, game, or odds at any given time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or obvious pricing error, Winboxx reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the Player's real money balance. Where a malfunction or error results in an overpayment of winnings, Winboxx reserves the right to reclaim the overpaid amount.
Maximum single-bet winnings and maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and vary by game type and account tier. These limits are disclosed within the platform and may be updated from time to time. Winboxx reserves the right to enforce maximum winnings caps without prior notice in cases of suspected error or system irregularity.
Sports betting markets on Winboxx, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions, are governed by additional sport-specific rules available in the sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for the relevant market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Winboxx platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: Winboxx has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering. The platform complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. All Player funds and transactions are monitored in accordance with these obligations.
All Winboxx Content — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, user interface elements, text, logos, trade marks, and game content — is the exclusive property of Winboxx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access Winboxx Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Winboxx Content without our express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winboxx, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Winboxx does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Winboxx makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service on the Platform.
In no event shall Winboxx's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date of the claim.
Winboxx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity is suspected; a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or a regulatory or legal obligation requires it.
In the event of termination for breach, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent withdrawal method on file.
You may close your account at any time by contacting Winboxx customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified Real Money Funds balance will be disbursed to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Winboxx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Winboxx will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which Winboxx holds its operating licence.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact Winboxx customer support to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as designated by the applicable licensing authority.
